Welcome to Ottawa's Largest and Best Flag Football League.   Games are played Sunday and have start times between 6-10pm.  Games are played at Ben Franklin or Hornets Nest Dome.  There are 6-7 divisions that range from beginner to highly competitive.  Most games will have 2 NCOA approved refs.  Each player will have a bio that will keep track of their current stats.
